How we make automation safe
Every automation we ship has a human fallback: it asks a clarifying question when unsure, refuses risky actions, and logs what it did. The Litomatic order desk asks a numbered question when an order is ambiguous and refuses three risky order types; the invoicing automation refuses to invoice when amounts don't reconcile and is checked by an independent verifier.
