SevaSangrah — hospital management software.
SevaSangrah is hospital management system (HMS) software that Indic Labs designed, builds and runs as a multi-tenant SaaS. It covers the full patient journey — registration, OPD, in-patient care, pharmacy, lab, billing, insurance and HR — and is used by clinics and hospitals including Achintya Physiotherapy and Ashkara Multi Speciality, with an OPD plan for small clinics and solo practitioners.

The challenge
Hospitals ran on paper registers, separate billing software and phone calls. Existing HMS products were expensive, slow to set up and built for large chains, not small clinics.
What we built
- Patient registration with automatic IDs, OPD token queue, doctor console and prescription templates
- In-patient care: beds, admissions, ICU, operation theatre, nurse handover, running bills and discharge
- Pharmacy, inventory and procurement; lab with no-login report links for patients
- Billing, insurance / TPA and Tally integration; HR & payroll with PF, ESI and TDS
- NABH quality indicators, ABHA health-ID linking and a multi-clinic owner dashboard
- Automations: WhatsApp receipts and reminders, auto-created lab orders, nightly off-site backups, self-serve trials
