Knights & Aces is a supplier to Zepto based in Ahmedabad. Indic Labs built an automation that reads Zepto purchase-order PDFs and produces GST tax invoices and an Excel register, with every line checked before anything is issued.

The challenge
Invoices were prepared by hand from purchase-order PDFs. It was slow, and a rounding rule in the old process was producing wrong prices.
What we built
- Reads Zepto purchase-order PDFs and extracts every line
- Produces GST tax invoices (PDF) and an Excel register
- Chooses CGST/SGST or IGST from the GSTIN state and flags e-way-bill cases
- Refuses to invoice when amounts don't reconcile
- An independent verifier re-checks every run
- Found and fixed a pricing bug in the previous invoices
