Ambrin & Carespace — two products, one platform.
Ambrin and Carespace are two mental-wellbeing products built by Indic Labs on one codebase. Ambrin serves schools, colleges and educational institutions on web, iOS and Android; Carespace is practice-management software for independent therapists and private practices. Indic Labs also made the Carespace launch film.

The challenge
Schools needed a safe, structured way to screen and support student wellbeing at scale, and independent therapists needed simple software to run their practice — without two separate systems to maintain.
What we built
- Ambrin: a separate space for every institution with roles for admins, counsellors, principals, teachers, HR and students
- PHQ-9 and GAD-7 screeners with severity scoring, custom assessments and an Excel question importer
- Counsellor session requests, workshops feed, breathing, journaling, mood tracking and consent flow
- English, Hindi and Gujarati; university session metrics with CSV export
- Carespace: clients, sessions and notes, a public booking page per therapist, paid workshops
- 30-day trial converting to subscription, admin-verified UPI payments with GST handling, and its own admin panel
