Aria — an AI model we trained.
Aria is a custom AI model trained by Indic Labs AI Studio on seven identity references. We used her to produce a full fashion campaign for GASBY, a linen fashion concept — studio looks, city streets, desert sunsets, product flat-lays and motion — with the same face in every frame and no location, crew or model fees.

The challenge
Brands need a steady stream of on-model campaign imagery, but photoshoots are slow and expensive, and generic AI images can't keep the same model consistent from shot to shot.
What we built
- Curated 7 identity references (augmented to 28)
- Captioned with a trigger word for the identity
- Trained a custom Flux.1 LoRA (rank 32, 1,400 steps)
- Validated identity consistency frame by frame
- Generated campaign looks, AI product photography and image-to-video motion
- Composed the assets into a storefront concept
